About Logic Services

Aviation Expertise. Operational Experience. Forward Thinking.

Logic Services is an independent aviation and air cargo advisory company combining operational expertise, strategic advisory, digital technology and operational assurance.

We support organisations across the aviation and air cargo ecosystem — from complex aviation projects and cargo operations to digital quality management and AI-powered operational intelligence.

Our approach is built on a simple principle:

Understand the operation. Identify what matters. Deliver practical solutions.

Who We Are

Experience Built in the Real World of Aviation

Logic Services brings together decades of international aviation and air cargo experience across airline, ground handling, freight forwarding, cargo operations, commercial development and quality management environments.

This operational background shapes how we approach every assignment.

We look beyond theory and documentation to understand how processes actually work, where operational and commercial risks exist, and what can realistically be implemented.

Today, Logic Services combines this experience across four complementary areas:

AVIATION ADVISORY

Aircraft • Infrastructure • Strategy

AIR CARGO & COLD CHAIN

Operations • Pharma • Perishables • Quality

OPERATIONAL SUPERVISION

Control • Coordination • Assurance

DIGITAL OPERATIONAL ASSURANCE

QualiCheck AI • ACES™

Our Approach

Strategy Grounded in Operations

UNDERSTAND

We begin with the operation — its objectives, constraints, stakeholders and risks.

ASSESS

We analyse the operational, commercial and quality factors that determine what is achievable.

DEVELOP

We build practical solutions adapted to the organisation and its operating environment.

IMPLEMENT

Where required, we remain involved through coordination, implementation and operational follow-up.

From strategy to the operation.

Experience Behind Logic Services

Leadership

Loic Gindre

Founder & Managing Director

Logic Services is led by Loic Gindre, an aviation and air cargo professional with approximately three decades of international industry experience.

His career has included responsibilities across airline cargo, ground handling, freight forwarding, commercial development, operational management and specialised cargo environments.

This combination of operational and commercial experience provides Logic Services with a practical understanding of the complete air cargo value chain — from strategy and customer requirements to what happens on the warehouse floor, ramp and aircraft.

Today, that experience is also driving the development of QualiCheck AI and ACES™, connecting established aviation expertise with digital operational assurance and artificial intelligence.

"I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from your company. Their team went above and beyond to meet our needs and exceeded our expectations."
